A Message from the Sovereing Prince

 

Welcome! 
 
My name is Richard W. Esancy, the “new” Sovereign Prince of Giles Fonda Yates Council of Princes of Jerusalem in the Valley of Boston.  I have been a Worker, Officer and Director for many of the Scottish Rite bodies in this Valley since 1980, and probably have met many of you during this time.  For those who do not know me, Hi Brother!  I would like to invite any of you who has a desire to get involved with any of our fine groups to contact me, or any of the officers in the Valley of Boston.

Were you able to make it to Grand Lodge this past weekend for our Three-Body Installation? If you didn’t, don’t worry! Photos from the event are now available! Saturday afternoon was a great success, with the reinstallation of the Thrice Potent Master, Most Wise Master and a changing of the guard for the Sovereign Prince. 

 
 

Woodchoppers was a success!

 

On April 30, the cast of Woodchoppers from Massachusetts Consistory were on the road again, this time to Newark Delaware for their seventh musical performance of the 22° Prince of Libanus, aka, The Woodchoppers Degree”.  
 
At the request of the Deputy of Delaware, Ill. James T. Elliott, Jr. 33°, the cast of 39 brethren departed the Needham Masonic Hall by bus on Friday morning for the trip south to present Boston’s special version of the degree.
